Maddy Genuine Home Care Services

“Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  is a professional home healthcare provider based in Butibori, Nagpur. We connect patients with verified and trained caregivers, nurses, and attendants for in-home medical and personal care. Our aim is to provide compassionate, genuine, and reliable home health services.”

 

Customer Agreement

By availing services from Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  (“Service Provider”), you (“Customer/Patient”) agree that the services are provided by verified caregivers under professional supervision.

The company ensures proper background verification and training of all caregivers.
However, Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  does not guarantee recovery, cure, or outcome of medical conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper supervision of caregivers at home.
Any misuse, abuse, or misconduct by the patient, family, or caregiver will be subject to local laws under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Payments for services are to be made directly to “Maddy Genuine Home Care Services ” only.

Caregiver Selection

Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  maintains a verified pool of trained caregivers, nurses, and attendants for home healthcare services (“Caregivers”). The company ensures that each Caregiver assigned is appropriately qualified, background-verified, and medically fit to deliver the required service.

However, Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  does not guarantee the continued availability of a specific caregiver, as assignments may change depending on schedules, emergencies, or patient requirements. The company reserves the right to replace or reassign a caregiver at any time, without prior notice, to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

General Payment Terms

All service payments must be made in accordance with the invoice or payment request raised by Maddy Genuine Home Care Services . Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, 

The customer agrees to make full payment as per the agreed service duration (daily, weekly, or monthly). Failure to make payment within the due date may lead to suspension or cancellation of services without further notice.

Any advance or booking fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases where services are not provided due to the company’s inability to assign a caregiver.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maddy Genuine Home Care Services or its management be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the services offered, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under any circumstance, including negligence or service interruption, shall not exceed INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) or the total amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.

Maddy Genuine Home Care Services shall not be responsible for:

  • Any medical complications or outcomes arising during or after the caregiving period.

  • Any indirect loss, emotional distress, or family-related disputes arising out of service use.

  • Any actions or omissions of caregivers that are beyond the company’s reasonable control.

Information You Provide to Maddy Genuine Home Care Services

When you request a service from us, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal and medical information about the patient, such as:

  • Full name

  • Age or date of birth

  • Address and contact number

  • Medical condition or care requirements

This information is required to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
You also agree that Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  may share relevant details with assigned caregivers strictly for service purposes, maintaining full confidentiality under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delay or denial of service.

Customized Service and Payment Flow

Every patient’s requirement is unique. At Maddy Genuine Home Care Services , we conduct a short assessment call or meeting before confirming the service, to understand:

  • The patient’s condition and care needs

  • Type and duration of caregiver required (hourly/daily/monthly)

  • Expected service cost

Once confirmed, a customized service plan is created and shared with you along with the final quotation.
Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or bank transfer, and receipts are issued for all transactions.

Online payment options may also be made available via our official website, or WhatsApp link in the future.

Customized Service and Payment Flow

Every patient’s needs are different. At Maddy Genuine Home Care Services , we conduct a detailed consultation (via phone or visit) to understand the patient’s medical condition and personal care requirements before finalizing the service plan.

We begin the service only after you review and agree to the proposed care plan, service charges, and terms.

Payments can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer,  via our official WhatsApp link, email, or website. Payment confirmation is required before the start of services.


 

Communications from Maddy Genuine Home Care Services

By using our services, you agree on behalf of yourself and the patient to receive official communication in the form of SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls regarding:

  • Booking confirmations and service updates

  • Caregiver assignments or schedule changes

  • Payment reminders or receipts

Termination

Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  reserves the right to terminate or suspend any ongoing service at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment by the customer

  • Misconduct, abuse, or unsafe environment for the caregiver

  • Violation of company policies or service terms

  • Emergency medical conditions requiring hospital care

Similarly, the customer may request termination of service by giving 24-hour prior notice via phone, SMS, or email to the company’s registered contact.

All outstanding dues must be cleared immediately upon termination of services.


 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency for both patients and caregivers.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The service was not initiated due to company scheduling issues, or

  • The caregiver was not assigned and the service could not be started.

Once a caregiver has been deployed or service hours have begun, no refund will be issued.

In case of disputes, refunds will be processed (if applicable) within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booked service by informing the customer care team at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In case of frequent cancellations or no-shows, Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  reserves the right to decline future bookings or modify service availability.

If the same caregiver is not available for the new date or time, a replacement caregiver will be arranged at no extra cost (subject to availability).

 

Choice of Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute or claim arising out of the services provided by Maddy Genuine Home Care Services  shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra courts only.
